Penny McCreery

Our Principal, Penny McCreery, commenced her legal career in 2000 when she began working as a legal secretary and conveyancing clerk. She later moved into mortgage conveyancing for 2 big banks.

Penny completed her Bachelor of Laws at USQ and her Post Graduate Certificate in Legal Practice at QUT in 2016. She was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court 2017.

Penny began practicing as a solicitor in the regional areas of Maryborough, Childers and Bundaberg working mostly in property law, commercial law, business sales/purchases, family law, wills and estates.

Penny relocated to Brisbane in 2019 briefly practicing in the area of criminal law, before joining the LAW team in 2020. She now predominantly practices in the areas of property, commercial and wills/estates. Penny is very experienced with all aspects of buying or selling a business or property, leasing matters, and estate planning.

Belinda Molnar

Originally from Sydney, Belinda graduated from the University of Western Sydney in 2010 and was admitted to practice in 2011. Belinda spent many years in Sydney, working in the areas of family law, wills, estate administration and probate, as well as estate litigation.

Having made the move to Queensland in 2020, Belinda joined the LAW team and now practices exclusively in the area of Wills and Estate Administration. She provides her clients with practical advice and a common sense approach, and her exceptional knowledge and attention to detail ensures that estates are administered efficiently and properly.

Elisabeth Roeland

Elisabeth Roeland is an admitted solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland, a member of the Queensland Law Society and the Sunshine Coast Law Association.

Elisabeth first began her legal career in Rockhampton in 2014 working as an administrative assistant in criminal law firm. She returned to the sunshine Coast in 2017 shortly before the birth of her daughter where she truly learnt the art of time management – juggling the demands of full time work, part time studies and solo parenting. Upon her return to the Coast, Elisabeth gained experience in the areas of Wills and Estates and Family Law before finding her place in Civil Litigation and Disputes in 2021 as a Law Graduate.

Elisabeth joined the team at Lember & Williams in October 2023 and heads up the Civil Litigation, Disputes and Family Provision Claim division.
